Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Origin

All products are shipped from our international fulfillment partners located in Asia.

We currently do not operate local warehouses in the United States, Australia, or the European Union.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (business days):

  • United States: 10–30

  • Europe: 10–30

  • Australia: 10–30

  • Other regions: 10–30

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

Tracking details will be sent by email once the order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates using the provided tracking number.

For certain destinations or higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Reshipping may require additional shipping fees.

Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed or shipped.


7. Delivery Confirmation & Item Not Received

A package is considered successfully delivered once tracking information shows “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If tracking confirms delivery but the package cannot be located, customers must:

  • Verify the shipping address entered at checkout

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management

  • Contact the local carrier for delivery details

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Claims for non-receipt must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation when applicable.


8. Delayed or Lost Packages (In Transit)

If tracking shows “In Transit” for an extended period:

  • Please allow up to 30 business days from the shipping date for international delivery.

  • If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will offer either a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to verify loss status with the carrier before issuing compensation.


9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address or failure to pay customs fees:

  • Return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

11. Shipping Time Clarification

Shipping times begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Order processing time (1–3 business days) must be added to the estimated shipping time shown on our website.

12. Carrier Responsibility

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors.

13. Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.
