Refund policy

1. Nature of the Product

This product consists of compatible building bricks and is not an official product of LEGO.

Minor variations in color tone, clutch strength, or packaging condition may occur due to manufacturing and shipping. Such minor differences that do not affect the core assembly function are not considered defects.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the product description.


2. 14-Day Right of Return

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unassembled or only minimally assembled for inspection purposes

  • The model must not be fully assembled

  • All pieces, manuals, and accessories must be included

  • The item must not be damaged or altered

If the product has been partially or fully assembled, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse the return; or

  • Deduct an amount reflecting diminished value caused by assembly or use (as permitted under applicable consumer protection laws)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.


3. Manufacturing Defects or Missing Pieces

If there is a manufacturing defect or missing pieces that prevent completion of the model:

  • The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos are required (an unboxing video is strongly recommended)

Resolution options may include:

  1. Sending replacement pieces

  2. Sending a replacement product

  3. Issuing a reasonable partial refund

A full refund will only be issued if the defect is substantial and cannot be reasonably remedied.


4. Non-Eligible Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been fully assembled without any manufacturing defect

  • Pieces are missing due to loss after opening

  • Damage caused by improper use

  • Claims submitted outside the stated timeframes


5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by local law

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection


6. Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before opening a dispute with their bank, PayPal, or Stripe.

We maintain shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, product descriptions, and communication records to ensure fair resolution in accordance with payment provider policies.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.  
After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

8. Delivery Delay or Lost Package

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, customers may request a refund or a replacement.
